**The Ritual**

Give the tea a vigorous shake to rouse the Vanilla from the bottom. Steep 1-2 teaspoons in freshly boiled water for 3-5 minutes. Long enough time to capture the bloom, but not enough for the world to reclaim your attention. Strain, sip, and remember your worth.
