Lymph Nymph Sippin' Vinegar
Lymph Nymph Sippin' Vinegar — a wild Spring tonic for easy, breezy inner waters.
Bright, pungent and zippy. Deeply revitalizing.
Nourish the self that answers to the seasons, not the system.
Cleavers and Chickweed are the quiet workhorses of early Spring — nutrient-dense and beloved allies for moving and clearing the lymph and gently nudging sluggish tissues back to life. Raw cider vinegar liberates their goodness alongside unruly Crow Garlic, bright Coriander, and zesty Lemon into something the blood remembers.
Splash it in your water, over salads, cooked greens or knock it back, straight off the spoon.
Ingredients: Raw Apple Cider Vinegar, Wild Cleavers (Galium aparine), Wild Chickweed (Stellaria media), Crow Garlic (Allium vineale), *Coriander Seed (Coriandrum sativum), *Lemon Zest (Citrus limon), Sea Salt.

"Sip" Suggestions:
The Ritual Shot: Take half of a tablespoon in a splash of room-temp water first thing in the morning or during the mid-day slump to "wake the nymph" and put some pep in your step.
The Wild Vinaigrette: Whisk with your favorite oil, a smidge of Dijon, and a pinch of Red Pepper flakes for a salad dressing that tastes like a walk on the wild side.
The Meadow Quick-Pickle: Thinly slice Radishes, Red Onions, crisp Cucumbers and any veg that suits your fancy. In a shallow bowl, toss them with a splash of Lymph Nymph and let them chill for 30 minutes to over night in the fridge, stirring occasionally, when able. Add them to a Hummus platter or charcuterie board. Toss them in a noodle bowl. Or just chow down outta the bowl. You do you!
