A WORD OF CAUTION
While folks have been using Ground Ivy since way back when, this info is just for sharing knowledge and keeping the tradition alive—it’s not medical advice or a prescription. Every body is different, so it's always wise to chat with your healthcare provider before adding new herbs to your routine, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, or taking other meds. Stay safe and listen to your gut!
